According to the Law "On Protection of Personal Data":
personal data - information or a set of information about a natural person who
identified or can be specifically
identified;
subject of personal data - a natural person whose personal data
processed;
the owner of personal data is a natural or legal entity that determines
the purpose of personal data processing, establishes
the composition of these data and their processing procedures, unless otherwise determined by law.
The consent of the subject of personal data should be understood as voluntary
manifestation of the will of a natural person (provided that
awareness) regarding granting permission for the processing of her personal data
in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing,
expressed in writing or in a form that makes it possible to conclude about
giving consent. In the field of electronic commerce
consent of the subject of personal data can be given during registration in
the subject's information and telecommunications system
e-commerce by marking the authorization of
processing of your personal data in accordance with
of the formulated purpose of their processing, provided that such a system does not create
possibilities for processing personal data to
at the time of marking.
The subject of personal data has the right:
- know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data,
purpose of their processing, location or location
residence (residence) of the owner or controller of personal data
or give an appropriate mandate to receive it
information to persons authorized by him, except for the cases established
by law;
- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data,
in particular, information about third parties who

- consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data;
- permission to process personal data granted by the owner of personal data
